AT&T Park is the waterfront stadium home of the San Francisco Giants of the National League. The ballpark opened in 2000 and has also been known as PacBell Park and SBC Park. Amazingly, in an era of $billions of taxpayer money spent for the benefit of billionaire team owners and multi-millionaire players, the San Francisco stadium was privately funded.
