The Inn At Perry Cabin

Steeped in rich colonial history and situated on the Eastern Shore of Maryland in the Victorian resort town of St. Michaels stands this 4 star, luxurious manor house resort. The Inn at Perry Cabin was built by Purser Samuel Hambleton, a veteran of the War of 1812 and aide-to-camp to Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry. The property*s design concept was inspired by the Commodore*s cabin on the U. Nestled on the Miles River, a tributary to the Chesapeake Bay, the charming Inn offers luxurious accommodation, contemporary and antique furnishings, radiant fabrics, an unparalleled culinary experience, an array of recreational options, and seamless, attentive service. Consistently named among Conde Nast Travelers Gold List and others, the property was first converted into a luxury country house hotel in 1980, while Orient-Express made a further investment of 20 million in 2003. Think Ralph Lauren meets Norman Rockwell and you have a picture of the charming town of St. Michaels, where quaint antique shops and boutiques line main street, there are no chain restaurants, the nearest traffic light is eleven miles away and locals embrace life on the Chesapeake, whether that be fishing, oystering, crabbing, sailing or yachting.
