Good Eats At Tropicana Las Vegas

Time to start celebrating the renovation of an “old school” Las Vegas hotel and casino with the opening of the new Havana Go Go Cafe and Bacio Pasta & Vino restaurants at Tropicana Resort and Casino.  The opening of these new eateries is just the first part of a scheduled $125 million renovation project at The Tropicana.

“Havana Go Go Cafe” is a casual dining option (located adjacent to the casino) featuring Cuban bread pizza, paninis, deli-style sandwiches, soups, salads, bagels, muffins and “a multitude of aromatic coffee delights”.  Don’t know about you, but we can never pass up any chance at combining “multitude” and Las Vegas.

We don’t know much Italian, but we’d guess that “Bacio Pasta & Vino” offers pasta and wine.  And we’d be right.  Bacio is all about good Italian food at reasonable prices.  The “vino” is available by the glass or the bottle.

The Tropicana is located where Las Vegas Boulevard meets (of course) Tropicana Avenue.  The MGM Grand, Excalibur and New York, New York occupy the other corners of the intersection.
