The Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum celebrates the life and achievements of baseball's most famous player, as well as the history of baseball in Baltimore. The museum is located in the house where "The Babe" was born (216 Emory Street) and a couple of adjacent townhouses. It's located just a short walk from Oriole Park at Camden Yards. In 2005 much of the non-Ruth museum material was moved a couple of blocks east to the affiliated Sports Legends Museum at Camden Yards.
