The AC Hotel New Orleans Bourbon/French Quarter Area opened in late 2014 and was the first of the AC by Marriott brand in the United States. The "contemporary urban" interior of the AC brand is juxtaposed by the exterior of the hotel: it's located in the former New Orleans Cotton Exchange building, a National Historic Landmark. The hotel has 220 guest rooms, fitness center and five meeting rooms that can hold up to 168. The AC Hotel New Orleans Bourbon is located on Carondelet Street between Gravier Street and Common Street in the French Quarter.
