In August the Paragon Outlet Mall opened in the Dallas-Fort Worth suburb of Grand Prairie, Texas. It’s a big one, with over 100 “factory outlets” for just about every major clothing brand you can think of. If it’s a “paragon” of anything, it’s easy access: Paragon Outlets Grand Prairie is located adjacent to I-20 between Route 360 and the Great SW Parkway.
Also in Texas and opening later this month is a new branch of the Tanger Outlets brand in Texas City. “Tanger Outlets Galveston/Houston” opens Friday, October 19th, about 35 miles southeast of downtown Houston and less than 20 miles northwest of Galveston.
Another Paragon property is scheduled to open on November 8th: Paragon Outlets Livermore Valley. The mall will have over 500,000 square feet of space occupied by 120 brand name stores. It’s located at the Fallon Road/El Charro Road exit off I-580.
Glendale, Arizona gets a new Tanger Outlet Center on November 15th. Called “Tanger Outlets Westgate“, it’ll be home to 80 stores and is right across the street from Westgate City Center, Jobing.com Arena and University of Phoenix Stadium at the West Glendale Avenue exit off the Agua Fria Freeway (101). It’ll be a very busy neighborhood if the Coyotes and Cardinals ever decide to play at the same time.
