Visitors to Kansas City now have a renovated Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza Hotel to consider as a place to stay. This week this owners of the hotel unveiled $9 million worth of upgrades including a re-energized lobby (now called the “M.I. Greatroom”, with a mix of “zones” for checking in/out, socializing or doing business) and new color schemes used in the “renewal” of all of the hotel’s guest rooms.
The Country Club Plaza district is located about four miles south of downtown Kansas City and is a popular destination for doing business, going shopping or making a home.
