The Dune House Hotel and Spa is on the beach in Atlantic Beach, Florida. Most of guest rooms and suites have windows or balconies that look out onto the Atlantic Ocean. Formerly known as One Ocean Resort and Spa, the hotel had a major renovation and name change in 2026. In addition to the 193 guest rooms, the hotel includes the Coastal Farmer Restaurant, Cafe Dune, the Soothsayer bar, and the Sea Turtle ice cream shop.

The Dune House is at the corner of Atlantic Boulevard and Ocean Boulevard. Atlantic Boulevard is at the east end of Florida Route 10, which provides a direct connection to downtown Jacksonville (15 miles west of here).
